To Review your Proof – Log into your account and choose “Proofs Awaiting Approval” from your “My Account” page.

Proofs will be available for review per the following schedule:

If you place your order Your proof will be ready to review
Before 8:00 am Pacific Time Monday-Friday By 10:30 am Pacific Time the same day
Before 10:00 am Pacific Time Monday-Friday By 12:30 pm Pacific Time the same day
Before 12:00 noon Pacific Time Monday-Friday By 2:30 pm Pacific Time the same day
Before 2:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday By 3:30 pm Pacific Time the same day
After 2:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday By 10:30 am Pacific Time the following business day
Weekend and Holiday orders By 10:30 am Pacific Time the following business day

Once you approve the proof, you will select your delivery date.

  • Email Flyers: Approvals received before 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, may be delivered the same day or scheduled for delivery the following morning.
  • Print Flyers: Approvals received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time can ship that day.
