    The Program

    ZYF will create 3 different design templates based on broker’s logo and branding. Each of the 3 templates will provide 3 separate layouts for between 1-5 listing photos.

    Broker’s Full Time Agents will receive a 10% discount on all ZYF Orders.

    Broker will agree to provide agent roster to Zip Your Flyer quarterly, the roster will be used for the sole purpose of Zip Your Flyer and to allow only your Brokerage agents to see and order your custom templates.

    High Flyer Brokerage Program Terms & Conditions

    Brokerage agrees to the following:

    1. To provide necessary logos, Broker branding information and artwork as required by Zip Your Flyer in the creation of custom designs for Broker. Broker affirms that Broker has permission and authority to provide such for our purpose.

    2. Broker understands and agrees that their Brokerage name and custom designs may be featured on the Zip Your Flyer website as a part of the High Flyer Broker Program as well as other marketing for Zip Your Flyer and the High Flyer Broker Program

    3. Zip Your Flyer General Terms and Conditions, agreed to on a per order basis, apart from the High Flyer Brokerage Program (see the zipyourflyer.com website: https://www.zipyourflyer.com/terms-and-conditions/) shall also apply.

    4. Broker understands and agrees that from time to time, Zip Your Flyer may email Broker’s agents with reminders about the relationship, ongoing specials, deadlines, etc.

    5. Broker agrees that Zip Your Flyer may reference and utilize the brokerage website to ensure the database accuracy of the Brokerage Program agent members.

    6. This relationship shall not be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, agency or employment relationship between the parties nor shall either party have the right, power or authority to create any obligation or duty, express or implied, on behalf of the other.

    7. This relationship shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the State of Washington, excluding conflict of law principles. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that any judicial action brought in connection with or related to this relationship, whether in law or equity, must be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of Snohomish, State of Washington.
